Each Talent Agent is priced per resolution. A resolution is a completed outcome: a question answered, a job matched, a CV captured, a screening conducted, an interview scheduled.

What counts as a resolution?
A resolution is a completed outcome from a Talent Agent interaction. For the Candidate Agent: a question answered to completion, a job match surfaced and presented, a CV captured, a job alert set up, or a candidate successfully routed to an application flow. An abandoned or unanswered interaction does not count as a resolution.
Is there a minimum contract?
Yes. inploi is an enterprise platform, and contracts are annual. The specific minimum depends on your hiring volume and the products you deploy. Talk to us for a proposal.
Can we start with just the Experience layer and add agents later?
Yes. Many customers start with Careers Sites and Analytics and add agents as their team becomes comfortable with the platform. The architecture is designed to make adding agents a configuration task, not a new implementation project.
How does pricing scale with hiring volume?
The platform subscription scales with hiring volume — number of live job postings and brands. Resolution-based pricing includes volume discounts that apply automatically as your usage grows. We do not cap interactions or charge overages without warning.
Do we pay for conversations the agent does not complete?
No. You pay for resolutions. If a candidate opens the agent and then closes the window without a completed interaction, that is not charged.
