We started with careers sites. We are finishing with agents.

inploi was founded in 2014 with one question: why does the candidate experience on enterprise careers sites fall so far short of the consumer web experiences candidates use every day?

We spent the first decade building the answer: an enterprise careers site platform that scores 100% on Lighthouse, meets WCAG AA accessibility standards, and can be configured and published by a TA team without an engineering department.

In 2024, we asked the next question: if agents can own repetitive, high-volume work in customer service and sales, why not in hiring? The Candidate Agent is live in Beta. The Screening, Sourcing, and Scheduling Agents are in development.

We are building the hiring system where agents own the logistics, TA teams own the judgement, and candidates get an experience that reflects well on the brand they are about to join.
